Healthy teeth start with small daily habits. Consistent brushing, flossing, and mindful eating can dramatically reduce cavities and gum inflammation.
Brush twice a day for two minutes using a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Pay attention to the gumline and all chewing surfaces.
Floss once daily to remove plaque between teeth where a toothbrush can’t reach. If floss is difficult, consider interdental brushes or water flossers.
Limit frequent snacking and sugary drinks. When you do have something sweet, try to have it with meals and rinse with water afterward.
